When should I order in time for Christmas?
I am now closed for Christmas postal orders. All orders placed now will be posted on the 4th January.
I offer contact free collection from my studio in Dunmow, Essex or you can order through Click It Local for delivery to Uttlesford and Cambridge.
How do I order a personalised piece?
I'd like to order a commission piece but don't have a photo of the building?
I can often help find images online if your don't have a photo. Get in touch before ordering and I will do my best to help. You can either send a message on my contact page or email email@example.com
How long do orders take to arrive?
I dispatch all prints and cards within 1-2 working days. All original pieces are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to prepare. UK pieces will then arrive within another 1-2 working days, for international orders this is 3-7 working days. More details on shipping times can be found here.
I need an original piece sooner than your standard lead times, can you help?
Depending on workload I may be able to deliver a piece sooner than the standard shipping times. Send me a message on my contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering, with details of the piece and when you need it for and I will try my best to help.
Can I return my order?
Products that are not custom made or personalised can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If your piece is personalised or custom made then I'm unable to offer a return on this unless faulty. For more details on my returns policy, see here.
How much is postage?
UK postage is free for orders over £30. Orders under £30 have a £2 postage charge. All orders are sent via with Royal Mail on a 1st class signed service. You will receive the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Due to the ongoing pandemic I have reduced my post office trips to twice a week. These are Tuesdays and Fridays, orders placed before 10am on those days will be dent that day.
I will do all I can to ensure that your parcel gets to you as quickly as possible however Royal Mail are experiencing some delays so thank you for your patience. I have added an express UK delivery option for anyone wanting additional reassurance as we get closer to Christmas. This is £6 and will be posted on a next day service. Dispatch days remain the same so you should expect delivery the Wednesday or Monday after ordering. Please note all delivery times are estimates based on Royal Mail's advice.

I own a wedding venue, pub or restaurant and would like to offer customers paintings of my venue?

Are your products environmentally friendly?
All my printed items are made from part recycled, recyclable card stock. They are packaged in compostable sleeves. My cardboard postal boxes, tissure paper, tape and stickers are all recyclable. Business cards are printed on uncoated card which can be recycled.
My gift wrapping is craft paper and raffia ribbon, both of which are recyclable.
A3 pieces are wrapped in cellophane, this will be switched to compostable bags once I have used my stock of cellophane.
I believe that caring about the environment is something we should all be passionate about. Nature should be able to thrive in the same way that we can. As my business grows I am committed to ensuring it does so in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Wherever possible products and packaging will be sourced from sustainable suppliers, from recycled materials and be recyclable.
